Discuss challenges posed when examining the effectiveness of interventions that may be routine and even standard-of-care in some institutions, but are not supported by high-quality evidence.
Discuss issues related to the design and analysis of quasi-experimental studies.
Identify strategies for dealing with issues related to the protection of human subjects.
