I am a subject matter expert for the CDC National Healthcare Safety Network Multidrug-Resistant Organism and Clostridium difficile-Associated Disease Module and the lead epidemiologist for the EIP/ABCs Severe Community-Onset S. aureus Infection Surveillance project. Some of my responsibilities include AR/MDRO surveillance development, coordination, implementation, training, and guidance. I am also responsible for analysis, interpretation, and reporting on AR and MDRO data from NHSN and the Severe Staph project. My most recent background includes a position as a Quality Improvement Coordinator for a healthcare system and the Antimicrobial Resistance Epidemiologist at the Michigan Department of Community Health.
