Biographical Sketch: Dr. Connie Savor Price is Chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases at Denver Health Medical Center and Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado Denver. Dr. Price’s research focuses on the diagnosis, prevention, and control of healthcare-associated infections, including multi-drug resistant organisms. She chairs the Infection Control and Prevention Committee, Antimicrobial Subcommittee, and Emerging Infectious Diseases Committee at Denver Health. In addition, she is the State physician representative for the Colorado Health Facility Acquired Infections Advisory Committee for mandatory infection reporting.
