Biographical Sketch: Patrick is President of Enviro Team, a firm specializing in Building Diagnostics, Indoor Environmental Assessments, Forensic Investigations, and Training Services. He has been involved in the control of indoor environments since 1973.
He holds a Certified Air Conditioning Contractors License (Florida) of unlimited capacity; he is a Certified Air System Cleaning Specialist (ASCS), a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC), and a Certified Test & Balancing Professional.
Patrick authored the original training program for the Certified Indoor Environmentalist for the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) and he authored the Microbiological Management Plan for the Mechanical Contractors Association; he co-authored the Enviro Team Certified Mold Remediator training program, and developed the Ventilation System Mold Remediation certification program for the National Air Duct Cleaners Association.
He is a nationally known lecturer and has presented education seminars and case studies at national, regional and local indoor air quality conferences.
He is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE)
He has performed indoor environmental evaluations/studies on numerous public, private facilities and schools over the last 37 years and has served as an expert on indoor air quality related matters over the last 17 years.
