Summary: This session will review the NHSN MDRO and CDAD Module, which was developed to facilitate reporting and interpreting data related to MDROs, including Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and C. difficile in the context of prevention efforts. Participants will be reminded of the required and optional data that can be reported using this module and will be updated on the module uptake and utilization within the first year of release. The session will present results from comparative analysis between MRSA Infection Surveillance and LabID Event reporting.
