Summary: This workshop will review 1) the methods with established effectiveness for management of large and small construction projects; 2) implementation and monitoring of those processes; and 3) methods to collaborate effectively with senior administrators to gain a seat at the table from the design to the commissioning phase.
(This workshop will be held at Children's Medical Center of Dallas. Round trip busing will be provided.)
